Available immediately, this bright room in a house on Wimborne Road comes fully furnished.
Rent is four hundred pounds a month, not including bills in that total but roughly bills can go to about 100-200 when split between everyone, with a deposit required. You'll be joining a household of one female and two males.
We're looking for someone who is clean, tidies up after themselves, and is comfortable living in a creative and active household, as there's a studio space on-site.

We are very respectful of each others space very friendly and welcoming and tidying around shared areas is a must the house is lovely so we should keep it that way

Adam 27 is one of the roommates he works a lot of hours during the day and typically likes to play games has asthma so no smoking in the house, but overall very very chilled out

Auburn 36 works 7 days a week basically and does some of his work at home but he has his own studio space within one of the rooms he’s renting | smoker in process of quitting

Keira 21 works 5 days a week spread out typically likes to get out the house go gym, explore, watch movies, cooking | smoker in process of quitting
