Quiet and comfortable

A large and spacious double room. It contains two single beds but I am happy to remove one of the beds if desired. The tenant will have access to all the property so they can make themselves comfortable. A well maintained garden with seating, a shed to store your bicycle, some space is available in the attic if you have a few things to store. You are welcome to have company visit. Property is right between Charminster and Winton high streets so it is a leisurely 10 minute walk to either location. The closest bus stop is an 3 minute walk away and is for the number 20. All other buses are accessible via a 10 minute walk. On street parking is available if you drive. There are two well behaved pets- one dog, an 11 year old lurcher, and one cat, a six year old tuxedo, on the property.
