Our house is perfectly situated for university placement students at the innovation park as only a 10/15 minute walk away. We are only a 5/10 minute walk from the train station and shops etc which include convenience store, butchers, takeaways and hairdressers. The room consists of a double bed, built in wardrobe and shelving with the room being cleaned once a week. Shared use of modern kitchen and bathroom. Superfast broadband, on road parking and bike locking facilities. All bills included.
