I am looking for a Professional Person/Student to rent the spare room of my House.
I travel across scotland for work so can be either away for weeks at a time or in dumfries varies from week to week. Tennant would most of the time have the entire flat to themselves.
I pride myself on keeping myself in a very good condition and I am looking for a tennant to treat it the same way.
Ideally looking for a female tennant around my age, between 25-35
I have a shared garden which is kept in very good condition.
