Quiet house in leafy suburb in northeast Dumfries for £625 pcm including bills.

A double room is available in my house, just off Lockerbie road. It's been newly decorated and furnished, and I'm letting it as a double for single occupancy.

I work in an office, so I'm out most of the day, and would prefer to share with someone who also isn't working from home in the week. I'm easy going and happy to chat of an evening, but I do like the house to stay reasonably quiet. I spend most of my evenings running, rowing, or playing a bit of music.

There is free street parking outside, and space in the garage if you need somewhere for bikes, boxes or sports kit. The neighbourhood is quiet, safe and well looked after.
