The kitchens and sitting rooms are uncrowded - a lot of tenants work shifts and/or eat at work.

The rooms have ensuites (shower, toilet and basin). Some rooms have sofa, all have TV Aerial point.

One room is wheelchair accessible.

Rent includes gas, electricity, council tax, wifi, TV licence for communal TV. TV aerial point in bedrooms. Weekly cleaner for communal areas. 24-hour call-out service for emergencies. House is double-glazed with gas central heating.

Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated at £3 to wash, £1 to dry. (commercial machines- big loads)
