Good-sized double rooms with full ensuite facilities. These are available for any length of time between now and 26 July (room booked from then)

Rent includes gas, electricity, council tax, TV licence, fibre optic broadband - plug-in point in room as well as wifi, TV aerial point in bedroom. Weekly cleaner for communal areas. 24-hour call-out service for emergencies. House is double-glazed with gas central heating.

Washing machines and dryers are coin-operated at £3 to wash, £1 to dry. (commercial machines- big load).

Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment/studying. Sensible student would be considered. Visit by a peaceful friend for an evening would be fine. when covid regs allow this.
