There are 2 kitchens in this house and the kitchen for these rooms is shared by 4 people in total, one of whom works long shifts and rarely uses it, another works in a restaurant and barely uses it.

There are washing machines and dryers.

Wifi is a business contract with 4G backup.

The house is well-maintained, warm, clean, comfortable and has central heating and double glazing.

Rent includes all bills (council tax, utilities, washing machines & dryers, licence for shared TV, water, waste disposal and wifi as above). 24 hour emergency call-out service and weekly cleaner for shared spaces. You just need to pay for your food.

The current tenants are peaceful and considerate professionals and there's a friendly atmosphere. Professional/s or sensible student/s would be welcome - single, couple or twin occupation (£60/mo surcharge for couple/twin). It's suitable for tenant/s who, like the housemates, is/are reasonably quiet

Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment/serious studies. A visit from a peaceful friend would be fine.
