Recently refurbished property on same side of town centre as Royal Infirmary. Rent includes housebills. Large private car park, bus stop at foot of drive. The cottage is well-maintained, peaceful, warm, clean and comfortable. Housemates are quiet and considerate professionals. Double glazing and central heating. 5 minutes walk to town centre and short bus-trip to DGRI.

The cottage shares a big car park with a larger shared house (Hollybank). The cottage has a kitchen and there is a big shared sitting room in the larger house as well as the utility room. This has coin-operated washing machines and dryers at £3 to wash a large load and £1 to dry - big commercial machines - large loads. Other housebills are included in the rent (utilities, council tax, wifi, waste disposal, water, TV licence for TV in sitting room etc)

Not suitable for parties as everyone is in employment. Visit by a peaceful friend for an evening would be fine.
