I have a double room for rent, in a cottage in a quiet village and rural setting about 10 miles NW of Dumfries. I'm finishing up upgrading the house so it's comfortable but still a couple more upgrades to go!
The village is well positioned for rural and country walks but also further travelling. Lockerbie is only a few miles away with easy train links to Glasgow, Edinburgh, Carlisle and Manchester.
I work in Dumfries and so out during the day. I have 2 cats, and there's parking available for another car if needed.
I'm fairly quiet at home, pottering about. Home is where I can relax so I enjoy just chilling out mostly. I've travelled a lot, and enjoy meeting and learning from people and happy to hang out occasionally.
The room has just been decorated and comes with a brand new bed with memory foam mattress and a desk and chair, and clothing rails.
