The house has 1 bathroom with shower & bath plus an extra W/C. The house has fast fibre internet with WiFi boosters to reach the entire property.
There is ample parking outside of the house and also an electric charge point! (This could be used but will need to be accounted for in the monthly price)
Quiet countryside setting just 5 minutes out of Dumfries with a bus stop on the main road which can take you to either Dumfries or Carlisle.
I work away from time to time so you will most likely have the place to yourself. You’re always welcome to use the kitchen and laundry facilities.
Every other weekend I will have my kids (1 is 7 and the other is 6) + dog(golden retriever). They will be there from 5PM on the Friday night until 2PM on the Sunday. You’re welcome to still be there when they are there but please keep this in mind.
