Quiet and Relaxed House

Welcome to my home, I have 1 room left a large room with a single bed and fitted wardrobes, happy to put a double in if you prefer, single occupancy only, no overnight guests. There is a shower room just outside the room on the top floor of a townhouse. The sitting room/lounge is on the ground floor with 40in HD TV, and good wifi throughout included. Dining kitchen middle floor with oven, cooker, micro and washing machine large tub, all crockery and cooking stuff included. There is a garage if you have a mountain bike etc . Full-time working Preferred.
All beds and carpets are new as the whole property has just been fully refitted. Parking on the street is good. Quiet area and 5 minutes to the train station which takes you to Glasgow or Edinburgh directly. Your 10 minutes to Loch Lomond or the National Park for walks. The house is a 10-minute walk to Aldi, and Farmfood or a 8-minute drive to Asda, Morrisons, Lidl, Argos, and M&S. The house is warm and has gas central heating with fan-assisted radiators and double glazing. No Smoking allowed, no overnight guests, no pets, definitely no children. All bills Included. Men Preferred.
