Hi, I have decided to Let out the spare room in my Newly Refurbished house. At present I am very rarely in the house which should suit the new occupier.

It is in a very quiet part of Old Bonhill, Alexandria, West Dunbartonshire, rural location.

It is a 5 minute walk from Alexandria Train Station (which is 23mins from Glasgow Queen Street/ Central Station, City Centre), 10 minute walk from Balloch Park, Loch Lomond, The Trossachs and local pubs and amenities.

Room has New Door, built in wardrobe, Double bed, Mirrored Wardrobe, Laminate Floor, Double Glazed and very spacious, door privacy lock, bedside table with lamp, and blackout curtains for the new tennant/s.

The downstairs also has new washing machine fitted with tumble dryer, and recently completely modernised and refurbished kitchen.

As you can see, living room is stunning, and extremely modern with Broadband, Virgin Media and wall mounted Samsung TV, with attached dining room.

Outside the house, the driveway has been newly laid as you can see from pictures and fully landscaped.

I shall pay bills (as long as terms and conditions are all adhered to), i. e do not take advantage of this by keeping heating on high all day etc...usual things.

I am looking for somebody very sensible, and good with their own finances, who cares for the property they stay in whilst keeping it tidy etc, and reliable.

I am charging a very reasonable price for the Let, whereby the house itself also has new fitted Bathroom/ Complete New Roof/ Living room and hallways etc installed over the last year since I moved in. The property also has a large driveway and decent size front and back gardens.
