17 and 2 bus from bottom of street take you directly to Glasgow. Ideal for all universities and language schools. The room is furnished. Suitable for students studying at Glasgow/Strathclyde University/Clydebank College or Erasmus students needing a room for a few months.
Use of kitchen is limited, I don’t mind someone cooking a quick meal once a day but not for hours at a time. There is also use of a microwave and kettle.
Shelf in fridge and a space for storing food in a cupboard.
Use of washing machine once a week.
Spare bed linen is provided. I can wash this.
My room is best suited to a quiet person.

Bearsden train/ Clydebank/ Singer train stations 10 minutes away.
Excellent location.
My post code shows as Clydebank but I’m closer to Bearsden, this gives the option of East and West Dunbartonshire transport systems.
Gyms, shopping centre, grocery shops, movie theatres, pubs, cafes, schools all close by.
My house is best suited to a quiet, tidy person.
I am NOT looking for a party person.
