The house is fully double glazed, has gas central heating and strong, reliable, full fibre broadband.

There’s plenty of on street parking and a large, well kept back garden.

The property is in a quiet residential area with excellent transport links. Singer and Dalmuir train stations are both within easy walking distance, and there are main bus routes nearby. Local shops and takeaways are just at the end of the street, with the shopping centre only a short walk away.

It’s also in a great location for Golden Jubilee Hospital and West College Scotland, around 20 minutes to Glasgow city centre and 15 minutes to Glasgow Airport.
