Quiet room available in a calm house in Helensburgh.

Lovely room with a sea view in a pleasant and modest family home. Ideal for a contractor working at Faslane or Coulport or other professional.

I'm looking for a quiet, considerate non-smoker who rarely drinks at home and appreciates a peaceful environment after work.


🌳 Ardencaple area, close to the waterfront and Duchess woods
🚌 2 min walk to local bus stop
☕ 15 min walk to centre of Helensburgh (shops, restaurants, leisure centre)
🚆 15min walk to Helensburgh Station
🚆 40 Mins by train to Glasgow
🚗 Easy drive to Faslane/Coulport and there is a bus

Bedroom with a sofa.
Shared use of bathroom, small office, kitchen and dining room.
Garden with gazebo and sea view.

Council tax and Wifi included
Utility bills are shared and extra, but usually low.

Monthly tenancy.
Rates and terms are indicative and open for discussion.
The price is a guide as it will be more or less depending on how many nights per week.

Monday-Friday lets preferred. Short term of around 6 weeks ok but longer preferred.
Security deposit is required before moving in.

No overnight guests.
Not suitable for students unless on placement locally.
Not suitable for working from home unless minimal as I often work at home.
