Double attic bedroom available near South beach

Beautiful attic room available from October in a large 4 bed townhouse with young professionals (owner occupied). The house has a beautiful living room, dining room, courtyard, recently renovated kitchen, and 2 bathrooms. The top bedroom is small but filled with light and oak beams. Despite being small it still has a desk, wardrobe, double bed etc - there is also extra storage space in the eaves if required.

Over winter the house will largely be of just 3 people (including you) whilst my partner and I are travelling, but at times there may be up to 5 people in the house. 



Please note we have a dog (although she will be travelling with us) - she’s an ex-conservation sniffer dog so she’s perfectly trained but high energy. Please do not message if you don’t like dogs - she’s wonderful, but she is still a dog and if you don’t like them then she won’t change your mind!
