The flat is a two bed on the second floor, has a large sitting room with a stunning seafront view and involves access via stairs. Most mornings you can see dolphins out of the window. Modern kitchen with fridge freezer, oven with ceramic hobs, microwave and washing machine. Shower in bathroom. The large room available has garden view and is quiet, comes partly furnished with wardrobe and chest of drawers. The rent is £500 a month, bills and wifi average £76 monthly, council tax is band b, roughly £85 a month if liable. If you want to share an organic fruit and veg box with me, that would be £7.50 a week each. Friendly neighbours both sides. Quiet and tranquil location.
