Hello,
I am a live in Landlord however I do spend a lot of time away and I thought it was probably time to consider a housemate.
You will need to be able to drive as there is no public transport here. You can see the sea and valley being in the National Park.
The house is large inside. There is additional storage and the room is huge with private balcony and seated area.
There is a smart TV and you're welcome to bring your own bed or use the one that is here. The house has private spaces in the garden and there's a living room and kitchen downstairs with a shower room.
I would expect you to be able to use the whole house.
I have a bedroom for myself and the Study.
My father Who is in his late 70s may visit every three months and he stays in the study.
There is parking on site and I have a fluffy cat who is very friendly although she is mainly with my dad now.
It'll be lovely to meet someone who will enjoy being in the country and having local access to the Sea.
