House in quiet location just up from trinity coll and within walking distance to Carmarthen town centre. 2.7miles to Glangwili Hospital.
TV with freeview in the room. 2 bathrooms in the house, one with shower and bath, one with toilet and wash basin, shared kitchen/diner, Wi-Fi included. Garden to the rear.

☆ Ideal person would be someone that will fit in with the household vibe, very respectful, clean and tidy and professional.
Nearly all of the lodgers so far have been hospital staff, mostly night shift workers, which suits me, short term welcomed also.
There are bus stops nearby that travel to Glangwili via Blue Street Station for day shift workers.
