Large double room in a quiet area of Carmarthen

This is a warm, homely and relaxed three-bedroom house with plenty of space, both inside and out. I’m looking to rent a large, comfortable double bedroom to someone who is looking for somewhere that feels like a home rather than simply a room to rent.

The bedroom is a good-sized double with plenty of space to make it your own. As well as your bedroom, you’ll have use of the shared areas of the house, including a comfortable living room with TV, kitchen and other household facilities.

One of the nicest features of the house is the outdoor space. There is a very large patio area, a spacious back garden and a hot tub, making it a particularly lovely place during the warmer months. There is plenty of room to sit outside, relax, eat or simply enjoy the garden.

The house has a friendly, comfortable and lived-in feel. It isn’t a sterile rental property or a house packed with separate tenants, it is very much a home, and I’m looking for someone who would appreciate that and treat it accordingly.

The atmosphere is relaxed and respectful, with plenty of opportunity to have your own space and privacy while also being able to enjoy the wider house and garden.

Ideally, I’m looking for a friendly, considerate and reasonably tidy person who wants a comfortable, settled place to live in Carmarthen.
