Laundry facilities include a washing machine in the kitchen, a clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
Bedding is supplied.
The house has a lovely large public park behind, and a bus stop just 50 yards away. The current tenants are all medical staff and work shifts, so the new tenant must respect that their fellow housemates may sleep during the day and need a quiet house. They would prefer another female to share the house with.
The monthly rent is payable in advance and includes rates, gas, water, electric and WIFI. Council Rate Band B and EPC rating D. Gas is serviced and checked by a CORGI registered engineer annually.
