Lovely bright and airy fully furnished annexe attached to home. Full use of own kitchen, own living and own shower room. Comfy king size bed.
Sorry, no pets allowed and single occupant only.
Most bills covered (council tax, water, sewage and broadband included). Electric bill will potentially add a further £100 to the bill depending on usage. Heating is part central heating (included) and part newly fitted low energy infrared heating panels. You will have your own hot water tank for your power showers.

I live in the attached house and may occasionally need to pop over, but mostly you will have the place to yourself.

Would suit professional (young or not so young).

There is off-road parking, and patio area outside front of property.
The property is located on a country road in the small village of Cileau Aeron, not far from Aberaeron. There is a bus that you can catch up on the main road that takes you into town and further afield.
There is good walking nearby - a stones throw from the Aeron river and Llanerchaeron is just a mile or so down the road.
