Brand new mattress and bed

I am live in land lord with 2 dogs in which stay in the kitchen so u got like dogs 🐶 brand new mattress and bed just waiting for the bed is coming Tuesday 18th share house with me and my dogs payment is set on the date u move in so rent will be paid on. That date every month with £500 up front for your rent I don’t have allow any visitors here payment through the bank standed order on that date u move in so u don’t miss payment I am pretty strict with payment on time and I do like my own space just telling u how it is but good land lord if u treat me good I will treat u good other wise if u don’t agree with what u read don’t bother contacting me
