I have decent sized room with a single bed, 2 large wardrobes and bedside drawers available for a clean and tidy working professional. There is a large shared living/dining room and bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. The kitchen is fairly small but lots of cupboard space and fully equipped with oven, hobs, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

All bills are included. I have superfast gigabit internet installed, so no problem with watching movies, downloading music or doing zoom calls.

There's a large garden and I welcome any veg growing if that's your thing.

Off road parking available.

I am a busy working professional, mostly vegetarian but eat meat or fish once a week. I enjoy conversation and eating together, but also like my own space, so happy to give you yours. Day-to-day cleaning chores are shared, and happy to discuss this once interest is confirmed. I have a sweet little 2 year old grey cat called Tinker, who is friendly but independent.
