Double Room Available Shared House Nr Carmarthen

Hello, we have a spare room to rent out in our country property. We are 6 miles from Carmarthen near Llansteffan. It is a double room with open fire place, ground floor bedroom in a shared house that is a dormer bungalow detached. There is nearly 3 acres of land and woodland. Shared kitchen and utility room, shared dining room , shared lounge. Downstairs disabled bathroom. We like to play boardgames and go for country walks. We have some farm cats, and some chickens. We have a log burner in the sitting room. I don't currently have a photo of the bedroom as there is a lodger in there, but will take one as soon as the room becomes available.
