Double room for rent near the sea

My girlfriend and I have a room to rent in a bright and characterful house near Llangrannog.

We are a couple, both 27, working in the local area and Aberystwyth. Phoebe works as a market gardener, and I (Nick) am working as a financial adviser.

The room is fully furnished with a double bed and some storage, and is just next door to a bathroom which can be exclusively yours to use (although you will probably want to use the shower downstairs too, and we may occasionally use the upstairs bath). The room has good privacy due to the layout of the house, and there are two sitting rooms for use.

Our main priority is finding someone to live with that we can get along with.

We have a lovely South facing garden, which is a cracker all year round.

A shed for bike storage and some on street parking for a car.

No pets here currently, but we are hoping to get a spaniel or retriever puppy within the year.
