I'm a live in landlord living in a nice two bedroom house in a cul-de-sac in Narberth, surrounded by gorgeous countryside whilst also being close to the train station and bus stop and only a 10/15 minute leafy walk, or a 2 minute drive, to the town centre with all its amenities, which include lovely independent pubs and bars, cafes, restaurants, bakery, butchers, retail shops, art gallery, museum and more.

I have recently bought brand new carpet and furniture in the house (as you can see from the living room picture I am still waiting for the sofa to be delivered which will be sometime in early September) and all the furniture in the bedroom is also brand new and includes a double bed, a hybrid coil spring and memory foam mattress which has never been slept on, two bedside tables, a large chest of drawers and a triple wardrobe.

The kitchen has loads of cupboard space and all mod cons including an integrated tower fridge freezer, eye level oven, induction hob and brand new kettle and toaster, air fryer, coffee shop quality bean to cup coffee machine and washing machine.

There is also high speed WiFi fibre broadband.

The modern bathroom is fully tiled with an overhead high pressure shower and plenty of storage for toiletries.

Outside there is a large patio garden with a new rattan garden furniture set, new BBQ and countryside views.

Whilst I'm not against a smoker living here (I'm an ex smoker myself), there is obviously no smoking allowed inside the house and so this will need to be done outside with the doors closed because I don't want smoke drifting indoors, because the smell of it turns my stomach these days tbh.

The rent includes all bills including council tax and there is also off street parking and a garage which can be used for some storage if needed.

I love living here in Narberth and these days I enjoy a quieter life living in a clean and tidy home, and so the property would suit somebody who lives a similar lifestyle, with their party days behind them
