Bedroom 1

1 double room available in spacious 3 bed house in Roch. You’ll be sharing with 2 other people, myself the live in land lord and another full time professional male. There's also a small friendly dog in the house when I'm there. I work from home but am away a lot in the winter.

The house is located 5 minutes from Newgale beach and there is off road parking. Haverfordwest and Solva are both a 10 minute drive away.

Both rooms are furnished with double bed, chest of drawers and a clothing rail. The shared living area includes fully equipped kitchen, lounge, garden/dining room, log burner, entrance porch and a shared bathroom (if both rooms occupied). There is also a terrace and small garden, which are South facing.

The rent includes all bills (WiFi, water, council tax etc) except electricity. This is around £80 - £200 per month and split between the house occupants present.
