Friendly, relaxed atmosphere, suiting someone who enjoys company but likes their own space too.

Wireless broadband included, along with utility bills and Council tax in monthly rent.

A non-smoking, quiet, environmentally awake household and pet friendly. I have a dog so someone who likes dogs is a must. Ideally you would also be vegan/vegetarian, however this is not essential providing you can respect these values (there are animal products in the flat as my dog is not vegetarian).

Deposit is required to secure the room and references will be followed up on.
