I am offering a large room in a tidy, well equipped 4 bedroom house with its own bathroom right next door.

The room receives excellent fast WIFI courtesy of OGI and a large TV with firestick will be in the room.

The modest gym room is available to use on request, and garage space for a motorcycle if you have one. There is also a dining room which can be used as an office. The kitchen is shared, but you will have your own fridge and cupboard space.

Parking on the quiet street is ample.

The house will suit a professional/contractor who is looking for a peaceful place to rest and relax between shifts, as well as a convenient location in Pembroke.

I am professional photographer who works from home. I'm often around during the day and evenings, but also travel away for work at times. I live a relatively quiet life with the occasional bit of motorcycle noise leaving the garage.
