Rooms available in a quiet, friendly household, anyone renting would be made to feel comfortable and welcome.

Price of the Double Room is £350pcm or £85pw if preferring to pay weekly.

Price of the Single Room is £300pcm or £75 if preferring to pay weekly.

All bills included apart from phone.

Room 1 is a double room with TV, DVD and Freeview, also double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.

Room 2 is a single room with TV, DVD and Freeview, also single bed, wardrobe and chest of draws.

Shared bathroom, kitchen with all mod-cons and welcome to use the living room, there is also free access to WIFI.

I work in Cardiff during the week, but I am back most weekends and viewings can be arranged during the week.

Person must be reasonably quiet as I have elderly neighbours next door and this is a quiet, trouble free street.

There is plenty of on street parking and a convenience store a 1 min walk away which is open late.

If using public transport the bus stops are also 1 min walk away which is good for contractors or students at Pembrokeshire College. If driving the local supermarkets are a 3 min drive away. If you are interested please email/call me for viewing.
