Looking for a lodger in Penparcau

I am a homeowner of a 3 bedroom house looking for a lodger.

Rent is £400 a month.

The rent includes all bills and super fast broadband. The living room, kitchen and bathroom are shared.

The kitchen contains a dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
Th bathroom contains a bath, shower, heated towel rail and heated mirror.

I am a 35 year old male who works from home, but I do travel a lot and am away over half the time. I live with 2 dogs, so someone who tolerates animals would be required.
I also have a current lodger who resides there permanently who is a 35 year old professional woman. Because she’s at the address more than I am, I’m looking for a female applicant only so that she remains comfortable.

Finding someone who we will get along with is much more important to me than getting someone in quickly, so I would be willing to hold the room for the right person. It would be helpful if you could write a little about yourself when making any enquiries.
