• Fully-equipped mini-kitchenette with an induction hob, combi microwave, fridge and kettle, as well as full access to the main house facilities – i. e. shared living room, dining room, kitchen and storeroom.
• Shared access to a washing machine & dryer in the main house.
• Commutable to Haverfordwest and Fishguard.
• Female live-in landlord away on average 5 nights a week (stays in self-contained accommodation on the top floor), plus there is one other female lodger in a first-floor room.
• One parking space on the forecourt in front of the house, available on a daily first-come-first-served basis with the other lodger – there is free, nearby on-street parking in Upper Solva.
• Central heating and log burner.
• Shared access to a garden with outdoor furniture, barbeque, fire pit and pizza oven.
• Bedding, bed linen and towels can be provided if required (but no laundry service).
• Please note that the landlord occasionally stays with their house cat (however it will not come into shared areas).
• Please note that the Stable Studio is accessed through the hall of the main house, and down a steep flight of stone steps into the garden.
