You'll be living with a 23 Year Old Male (studying Maths remotely at Cambridge) who is gym/bodybuilding fit and super tidy. House is fully furnished/vacuumed constantly with 3 air purifiers, 2 bathrooms, 3 fridge freezers/toaster/washing machine/kettle/air fryer/rice cooker/Ninja blender etc. The bedroom is a furnished bunk bed with a flat screen TV/big mirror/window views of the farm and cows. Happy to share all rooms/garden/55" TV in sitting room (free subscriptions to Disney/Prime). Kitchen is packed with protein shakes/healthy food like chicken/protein bread/oats/milk etc, just my lifestyle and can share I don't mind :)

Ideal candidate:
Female aged 20-30, just makes living with eachother easier if there's similarities to be clean/tidy/studying etc.

This house is situated behind The popular Black Lion inn. With local real ales, real fire, newly refurbished restaurant and bar.
