Double room in St David's- 10 mins walk to coast

Looking for a single housemate to join 2 females in 30s, both working within Monday - Friday, one for NHS and the other as a Grower. Ideal house mate would be within ages 21-45 and would have similar interests and values.

The house is 5 mins walk from th cross square, 10 mins walk from St Nons, 20 mins walk from Porthclais and 5 mins drive from Whitesands. You can see carn llidi and the top of the cathedral from the garden.

There is a female dog already at the house, a neutered male or female that's gets along with this one would be welcome and cats also welcome as current dog is good with cats.

Current housemates are very active and enjoy a healthy lifestyle. The house is very much a de-social zone, no parties etc to be expected but friends over is welcome when appropriate.

There is a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers in the room. There is also access to an attic for additional storage of items. There is a large bathroom with a bath upstairs and smaller toilet with shower downstairs.
