We have a comfortable room available for £100 per week (single occupancy only but it is a double room).

Many professionals have stayed here over many years, both short-term and long-term, who worked in Tenby, Narberth, Pembroke, Pembroke Dock, Haverfordwest and Carmarthen.

Contractors welcome.

Off-road parking, good wi-fi and central heating.
Bills for electricity, water, heating oil, council tax and internet are included. Landline calls are not included.

Current lodgers are longterm but if you are relocating to this area for work and cannot view in advance, we offer different nightly or short-term rates while you get to know the area before committing to a longer stay. The terms shown are for long-term rates and deposit. Please ring to discuss dates and we will give you a price. As this is a holiday area, short-stay prices vary according to season.

Share a large well-equipped kitchen, a large shower room with toilet and washbasin, and a laundry room. Coin-operated tumble-dryer.

Would suit a quiet and considerate person who goes out to work and has a mature, responsible and friendly attitude.

We have a good combination of everyone leading their own separate lives and getting their own meals and privacy being respected, while always being friendly when around.

We rely on everyone to clean up after themselves and to leave the kitchen, bathroom and toilet clean after use. A Cleaner is employed to do the communal areas every 2 weeks.

We ask everyone to use the laundry facilities and electricity responsibly.

Beautiful rural setting, and yet only about a mile from rail, buses, supermarkets, post office, pubs, cafes, supermarkets.

3 beaches within 30 minutes walk.

Strictly non smoking indoors.
OK to smoke outside if considerate about disposal.
Not suitable for pets.
