Beautiful double room in welsh cottage, 20 min drive to Carmarthen and the coast, walking distance from village shop/ post office , pub etc, it has all mod cons, and a lovely garden that could use gardening with stunning vies of local countryside.
All utility bills are included and it is a 6 month let although i would consider shorter or longer for the right person.
House has two bathrooms and showers so easy in the morning as no cues.,
We are looking for someone who is tidy and used to living in shared houses, we are both easy going and I am away lots during the winter.
