Annex Lodgings 38m2, Self Contained (inc bills)

Self contained, spacious 1 double bedroom annex, which forms part of our 3 bedroom bungalow.

Accomodation includes: a double bedroom with ensuite, a large open plan kitchen / living / dining area, and shared use of the front garden and side sheltered courtyard.
It is fully furnished.
All bills are included (couples will carry a surcharge commensurate with increased utility usage) as well as a weekly clean and linen change.
Parking is free on street parking and readily available in our quiet residential street.

I live in the adjacent, but separate part of the bungalow with my son and JR dog. We are a quiet household and would welcome an equally quiet and amenable, professional lodger.

Prospective lodgers must be non smoking and have good references.
