Morning sun and an open, green outlook enhance this bedroom which is furnished with single bed, desk & chair, adjustable open shelving and a built-in wardrobe with drawers. Bedding is provided. Storage is available for surfboard and / or bicycle.

There are two bathrooms. The house has three bedrooms and I sometimes host family and friends in the third bedroom. There is an open plan kitchen / dining / lounge. I have a study and a sewing space also.

I work from home as part-time administrator for two local Christian charities. I keep the house tidy, but lived in. I am at the "empty nest" stage of life. My house is well set up with some quality furnishings and equipment.

Location is the Belhaven end of Dunbar. Edinburgh buses are a 6 minute walk from the house, the Grammar School 8 minutes and the train station 20 minutes. The John Muir Way is nearby for longer walks.
