Lovely bright double room with super comfortable king size bed, and own bathroom.
Use of well equipped kitchen and comfortable sitting room
Rent includes regular bed linen change, clean towels twice a week. It also includes basics like laundry liquid, loo rolls, washing up liquid, kitchen roll etc
There is also a cleaning lady comes in twice a week, so no household chores expected, other than leaving areas clean and tidy after use.
In the past l have enjoyed sharing my home with medical professionals and would look forward to having the same positive experience this time. Hence the reason l am happy to reduce the rent for suitable medical students or members of the medical profession. I am also happy to offer a reduced rent to someone who can offer me some help with my four month old puppy.
