North Berwick Friends flat

There are two double rooms, a living room, separate kitchen and 1 shared bathroom. The photos below are from when the property was previously sold so the furnishings are now different.

The flat has been recently refurbished by the owner and she currently has a cat at the property (the cat will likely be rehomed if it cannot stay at the flat). There is a parking space outside the flat and lots of street parking in the area. It is located near the Aldi in North Berwick.

I'm looking to move back to Scotland. Previously I lived in Haddington, this flat is owned by a friend of mine who is moving away for 2 years. I would love to live here but can only afford the rent with 1 other flatmate.
