Beautiful, comfortable quiet double room with storage and desk available in a picturesque village with a direct bus line into the city of Edinburgh via Lothian bus 113

I keep the house clean and tidy and expect the same of my lodger.

Facilities include, dish washer, washing machine and dryer. All bills included.

Our beautiful large kitchen, dinning and relaxing room is a great space and well used.

The living room is our TV room where we relax in the evenings and you will have to wrestle my son for the remote!

We have a lovely garden with comfortable seating which is a sun trap. The house looks out onto fields and woodlands, it is very peaceful!

Parking outside house is free on our driveway.

To travel to Edinburgh city centre, you can take the 113 bus from Pencaitland from the Spar bus stop which will bring you to Tranent, Musselburgh and then Edinburgh within an hour.

We are looking for someone quiet and respectful to rent our spare room. Would suit a professional or student.
