Council Tax band C, included in cost. Eligible students will receive an appropriate CT discount. I'd like to live with people that are both relaxed and professional regardless of what they do with their day.

I will request a holding deposit worth one month's rent from anyone who wants to reserve a room. I will use Safe Deposits Scotland for the deposit, and draft a standard lodger agreement contract for acceptance. Rent is paid monthly in advance. Minimum 6 months sought, but flexible depend on your intended duration of stay to be discussed from the outset.
