I m renting a single for 600 pounds by the 1/6/2026 for few months all bills included is available even for second resident for people from abroad that need of a u. k. address coming to work or even if you work around Edimburgh contact me

The rent goes from the 1st to the end of the month its 600 pound
If the rent starts after the first that month will be paied weekly 200 pound par week

I rent also for 1 or 2 weeks 200 pounds par week

I RENT ONLY TO WHO IS very CLEAN and tidy!
FEW RULES OF HYGiene are a Must! who doesn t follows the rules of the flat breach the agreement and he/she will invite to leave with a notice of 1 month, It means that the higiene is more important that a rent for me. if not followed the agreement is broken!

An hotel will cost a fortune, renting a flat a room or flat will cost minimum 1500 pound par week

The flat is in a perfect position with view of the sea and a wilde beautiful garden trasport 2 minutes /10 minutes walk bus or train....both directions edimburgh or east coast...all is handy



Flatmates has to be working people daily full time 5/6days. on 7 outside during the day as I m working nightshift and my job has to fit with daily working people, only people very quiet and clean, no guests at home

No PEOPLE WORKING BY REMOTE WE CAN HAVE A CHAT ABOUT THIS AS DOING SLEEPING ALL DAY I CANNOT HAVE PEOPLE AROUND IN THE FLAT only for people with a fix rota OFFICE TIME NOT ON DIFFERENT SHIFTS.

No drugs, no party people, very quiet and tidy flatmates are welcome.
My neightbours and I we avoid the noisy
I m 51 I have 2 jobs, I work 4 nights par week so when I m at home I use the flat technically only to sleep so I need of flatmates busy with their jobs tidy and very cleaned, no party people but only for who is looking for a place to rest in a once in a pretty flat in a nice place
I m extremely very friendly usually I cook for everybody vegan/vegetarian people preferred and I help with the food shopping most of the time with a small amount included in the rent, I m very clean and I have1 bedroom to rent.
