Just available again is my Spacious happy relaxed village house with beautiful garden and loads of off road parking. The big double room (just been re decorated) is on the ground floor offering privacy from the owner and her 2 well behaved sons and has a separate bathroom. It is comfortably furnished and is light and airy with laminate floor, big bay window overlooking garden, TV and includes bedding etc. It can be a bit of a mad house but lodgers have all enjoyed the chilled out home from home atmosphere. There is a lovely large private garden and a garage if bike storage is required. It has been ideal for contractors working at Drax, Ferrybridge or Eggborough. It is very well presented and there is a big family well equipped kitchen. Facilities include washing machine, dishwasher, and wireless broadband. I am a professional working Monday to Friday and have a good sense of humour and previous lodgers all recommend that I am easy to share with. I have a little terrier who is friendly and comes to work with me each day and two cats and 2 chickens ( no fox just got them!). I can also provide meals if wanted as I love cooking and like to make delicious food but lodger will be welcome to cook their own food and my kitchen is well equipped. Also a friend has a two bedroom house in Goole both rooms available to contractors whilst he is working away for six months £80 per room including bills. No deposit needed.
