Ground Floor Accommodation
Entering the side of the Detached House and taking the Path around to the rear of the Property I have Self Contained accommodation which is adjoined to yet separate from the main House for Rental It is not classed as an Annexe
Shops 5 minutes walk
Tesco Express
Fish & Chips
Chinese
5 minutes walk away from the North Beach and a 30 Minute walk along the level Promenade will take you into the Harbour where you can catch the Yorkshire Belle Boat or Pirate ship for a trip around the Bay
Enjoy an Ice Cream Donuts or Fish and Chips you will be spoilt for choice
Fancy a drink and a bite try Jeromes or Apollo
If you fancy something different a short Car journey or take the Land Train to visit Sewerby Hall which has beautiful grounds a Zoo and Tea Rooms.
Bondville Model Village is also on route via the Land Train
20 Minute Drive will take you to Flamborough Light House to see the Seals explore the Coastal walk then pop into the Gift Shop and Tea Room
Love a Roast? Sunday Carvery ( Menu also ) at the Revelstoke Hotel highly recommended just a 15 minute walk away from the accommodation - you need to Book!
Try the Ransdale Hotel for a relaxing drink 5 minute walk away with outside seating
The Forum Amusement Arcade has a Cinema and Ten pin Bowling within the building

Ideally the accommodation is suited to a quiet and self sufficient individual either on a Work placement or Vacation please be assured I am available via Text or Phone call should you require any help with any information to make your stay pleasant and stress free. Cutlery, Plates, Microwave Plates Jug Dishes Mugs Salt and Pepper Tea Pot
Counter Top Fridge ( Capacity can hold 2pt milk 6 Eggs butter cheese couple of Can drinks etc) please note this is a SMALL fridge - see Photo
There Is NO COOKER
Heating & Wifi
Small seated outside space with Table and Chairs you can also use the Garden seating area
There is NO Lounge
Please note: I cannot accommodate Parking for large vehicles / Trailers / Boats / Camper Vans or Caravans
The Driveway is relatively short - a Saloon or Hatchback Vehicle is about its limit however there is plenty of free on road parking in this extremely quiet location no permits required
There is no Washing Machine but I can offer Clothes wash dry and Iron at an additional £20 full load per week if required
THIS IS A NO SMOKING PROPERTY inside the property within the Garden or the Property boundaries
