Rooms on offer are equipped with the your basic needs.

Single loft style bed, chest of drawers, hanging Rail and Chair.

The room would suit some one is fit and able to get up the ladders to the bed.

Bedding is provided if required. The rooms have recently been decorated. Each is fitted with a temperature controlled radiator.

This room has a TV fitted to the wall with aerial connection.

There is a WC situated on the top floor and a shared bathroom on the floor below with bath/shower. All lodgers have use of the kitchen facilities. Fridge and cupboard space are also provided. There is a utility room and you will have shared use of the washing machine.

As well as all utility bills and broadband included in the cost of your weekly rent is the cost of all household cleaning products and toilet roll. Plus a cleaner comes in once a week.
