THE ROOMS
The rooms are large and fully furnished with carpets, curtains a double bed, drawers and clothes hanging or wardrobe. Soft seating and/or table and chairs. There are plenty of electric sockets and a USB socket in every room. Good, clean/new mattresses with quality mattress protection.

THE HOUSE

With a large fully equipped kitchen which houses everything you need to cook up a storm, there are two sinks and drainers, two electric ovens and two gas hobs. With two large fridge freezers and plenty of cupboard space for all.

There are two washing machines and a dryer, with outside clothes hanging and a couple of clothes airers. Relaxing sofa recliner, breakfast bar and large dining table with coat hanging and shoe rack.

There is 1 main bathroom equipped with toilet, shower and sink on the middle floor, along with a seperate toilet and sink .
The ground floor also has a seperate shower room with sink along with a seperate toilet and sink.
Top floor bedrooms are equipped with there own sinks and a shower room is located on the same floor to alleviate the morning rush! Central heating and double glazing throughout, with all rooms freshly decorated and kept in top condition.
