We currently have 5 Rooms to rent in this converted HMO property in Goole. There is a shared kitchen, dining area and lounge. The property is fully furnished with a seating area to the rear and parking out the front, Internet access is provided and all household bills are paid for by the landlord. Deposit is 4 weeks rent upfront. Please only apply if you are over 21 and have proof of income. All of our existing tenants work full time and enjoy a clean, peaceful house to relax in after work.
