Room for rent in Hessle

We have a lovely spare room available from Jan 27, suitable for one person. Ideally someone who needs a base in or around Hessle and Hull, is working locally and respects our beautiful home.

Owners both work away and spend lots of time overseas, so renter will have own use of bathroom, lounge and kitchen during these periods, but share when owner is there (occasional weekends mainly).

The house has all mod cons, full fibre broadband, on street parking and is walking distance to Hessle Square and just a few minutes drive back to the A63 and motorway networks.

We are experienced in house shares having had previous renters, and expect mutual respect of peoples spaces and items.

Our ideal renter will be a professional mature adult in full time employment, references will be required and will be verified.

No smoking in the house but may use the garden if do smoke.

We have no pets.
